The Office Co-ordinator

plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our office based operations. You will be responsible for creating a productive, efficient and positive working environment by coordinating facilities, HR support, and operational logistics.

Responsibilities



Work alongside the Senior Leadership Team to set up and maintain new office facility to provide a productive and effective workspace Coordinate with facilities contractors and suppliers to maintain a high-performing office environment Liaise with IT service providers to manage hardware supplies and support Manage and administer company mobile phone contracts Oversee Health & Safety Compliance, ensuring all policies and procedures are up to date. Provide comprehensive assistance to Senior Leadership Team Manage incoming correspondence and direct enquiries to the appropriate contacts Support diary management, scheduling, and meeting logistics, including hosting client visits Organise and monitor complex overseas travel arrangements for international conferences and client meetings Coordinate visas, itineraries, and travel documentation Work closely with the HR function to support onboarding and training activities Organise internal events and company-wide communications Support company culture initiatives and engagement activities Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency Develop the role as the business grows, taking on additional responsibilities aligned with expansion and business needs

Requirements



Excellent problem solving ability Initiative, energy and tenacity Strong communication skills across all platforms Highly organised Competent IT skills Experience of setting up and running a support function for a complex multidisciplinary team Experience of working in a tech environment Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
Hours: A minimum of 25 hours per week up to 37.5. We will happily accept applications from candidates who are looking for flexible working hours.
