Specification



We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Coordinator to support the smooth running of our office operations. This pivotal role will provide administrative and organisational support across the business.

You will work closely with the Director team and other departments, coordinating HR processes, managing office logistics, and assisting with meetings, travel, and events. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and takes pride in keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities



PA to the Director Team: Assist with diary management, correspondence, and other general support tasks for the Directors and Senior Management. HR Administration: Support HR processes including maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, and processing starters and leavers. Administrative Support: Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required. Meetings & Events: Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff and management. Office Management: Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities--liaising with suppliers and service providers as needed. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety procedures

Essential Experience & Skills



Previous experience in an administrative, office coordination, or similar role Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable with general IT systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision Professional, approachable, and reliable with a can-do attitude

Qualifications



Good standard of education with a qualification in Maths and English Must hold a full driver's licence
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 21,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
