Digital Space is on the hunt for an
Office Coordinator & Receptionist
to join our facilities team in Newark
We're looking for someone who can juggle numerous tasks with a smile, ensuring our Newark office is a well-oiled machine and a delightful place for everyone.
First Impressions:
You'll be the friendly face greeting our visitors, making sure their experience is top-notch while keeping our site secure. Think of yourself as the welcoming committee.
You'll also keep our reception organised and the phones answered with your excellent communication skills.
Facilities & H&S:
You'll be responsible for keeping the office looking spick and span, from communal areas to making sure everything is running smoothly by frequent walkarounds.
You'll coordinate paperwork, helping us keep track of expenses, raising purchase orders, and ensuring we're always compliant with H&S and ISO standards.
Plus, you'll be helping book hotels and train tickets for Digital Space
Office Expert:
You'll make sure all the essential services like cleaning, maintenance, mail, and even recycling are all fulfilled to high standards.
You'll be the stockroom champion, keeping everything from stationery to first aid boxes fully stocked and ready to go.
When an unexpected situations arise, you'll be the calm in the storm, tackling urgent issues with grace and escalating when needed.
You'll work closely with our Group Facilities Manager to ensure our office is a health and safety haven, always compliant with the latest legislation.
