TaxKings is not your stereotypical accountancy firm. We're sharp, cloud-based, property-focused, and powered by tech (and coffee). From landlords to start-ups, we help over 600 clients stay on top of their finances, and we do it with clarity, energy, and sometimes even memes.

- About the Role



We're looking for someone to keep our busy office running like clockwork and bring our digital presence to life. You'll be juggling everything from booking meetings and answering client messages to tweaking our website and crafting social posts. Think digital Swiss Army knife, but with great communication skills and a love of organised chaos.

This is not a bookkeeping or accountancy role. But if you're curious about tax, finance, or payroll, we'll gladly support paid training to help you upskill.

- What You'll Be Doing



Be the friendly face (and voice) of TaxKings - greeting clients, handling queries, and keeping communication smooth

Keep the office humming: scheduling, inbox zero-ing, and general admin wizardry

Manage and update our website (don't worry - no coding)

Craft engaging social media posts, campaigns, and stories across LinkedIn, Instagram, and beyond

Work closely with our accountants, directors, and support team via Slack and BrightManager

Learn some payroll basics - we'll train you - to help clients and team alike

Help implement cool AI tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot across the business

Spot gaps, fix problems, and make us better

- What You'll Need



Confidence using tools like Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams - and an open mind toward AI like ChatGPT

A knack for writing - social posts, emails, and replies with a bit of polish

Curiosity, initiative, and a healthy dislike of "that's the way we've always done it"

Experience with digital platforms like Canva, Squarespace, Meta Business Suite, or similar (bonus points!)

Comfort multitasking and switching between chat, calls, docs, and the occasional client visit

Not afraid to learn - and suggest better ways of doing things

24,500-28,000 depending on experience
