We are currently recruiting an Office & Front of House Assistant to join our team in Aberdeen.
This role is part of our wider support function, which is essential to the smooth running of the firm. Based in reception you will work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver a high standard of service and support.
This is a full-time position based in our Aberdeen office. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality service, enjoys working as part of a team, and is looking to develop their skills in a friendly and professional environment.
Core responsibilities
Covering reception and front of house.
Copying, filing, archiving, scanning, basic typing
Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the wider business as needed
Assisting with ad hoc project work
Liaising with service providers and handling deliveries, post, and collections efficiently
Providing support for internal meetings and events, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained
Person specification
A professional, polite and welcoming manner
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities in a busy office environment
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider support team, contributing to the smooth running of the firm
Full UK driving licence
