The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative and customer service tasks.

Duties



Provide general administrative support. Assisting customers with enquires and order updates. Answering incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner. Inputting data and updating spreadsheets.

Requirements



Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
