The Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and accomplished
Leasing and Asset Manager
to play a central role in managing and enhancing the value of their growing office portfolio. This is a key hire and will suit someone with strong leasing expertise, commercial acumen, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate and execute asset management strategies for existing and future assets
Lead leasing strategies in partnership with external agents and advisors
Support placemaking initiatives and drive marketing activity using both traditional and digital platforms
Coordinate with legal teams on lease documentation and transaction oversight
Work closely with property and facilities managers to ensure best-in-class operational performance
Collaborate with sustainability consultants to help meet ESG goals and accreditations
Contribute to refurbishment and repositioning projects
Support the acquisition team in underwriting and preparing business plans for new investments
Lead internal asset reporting and performance analysis
Skills & Experience
Solid experience in leasing and asset management, ideally in office focused commercial real estate or a related sector such as hospitality
Proven ability to drive leasing performance and manage stakeholders effectively
Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of initiative and energy
Familiarity with ESG initiatives and the integration of smart building technologies is advantageous
Experience in placemaking and occupier experience strategy is a plus
