Office & Logistics Administrator
to join their friendly and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys mixing office administration with hands-on logistics responsibilities. You'll play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly -- from processing customer orders to organising deliveries and building strong client relationships.

The Role
As Office & Logistics Administrator, you will:
Handle day-to-day office tasks including answering calls, emails, and customer enquiries
Process sales orders and prepare quotations
Book parts in and manage stock-related documentation
Organise deliveries and collections, including courier dispatch
Carry out local deliveries and collections in a company vehicle
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Support the wider team with general office and logistics duties
About You
This role would suit someone who is organised, practical and enjoys being part of a small, hardworking team. You'll need:
Previous admin, logistics or customer service experience (ideal, not essential)
Good communication and people skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
Confident using Microsoft Office and basic IT systems
Full
UK manual driving licence

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
