We are now looking for a reliable and proactive?Office & Logistics Assistant?to join our small but dynamic team.
This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll support daily operations across logistics, customer service, and general office administration. You'll be responsible for packing customer orders, coordinating deliveries of larger items (head spa units), and providing excellent support to our customers via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Order Fulfilment
Pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch
Assign delivery routes to drivers for larger product deliveries
Coordinate tracked parcel shipments (via Royal Mail or couriers)
Keep track of inventory and packing materials
Customer Service
Handle customer queries via email and over the phone
Provide professional after-sales support
Resolve delivery or order issues in a timely manner
Office Support
Perform general admin tasks (data entry, processing orders, filing)
Support the wider team with day-to-day office duties
Maintain an organised and tidy work environment
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in logistics, administration, or customer service
Confident communicator with a friendly phone manner
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and office systems
Self-motivated, reliable, and happy to work in a small team environment
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience using dispatch or delivery route software
Interest in wellness, beauty, or Japanese culture
Experience working in a growing start-up or SME
