We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the business. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of administrative functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the business, supporting staff, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
processing oders, distribution and maintaining customer satisfaction
Oversee clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
Invoicing & purchase orders
Food safety compliance.
Handle human resources duties such as onboarding new employees and managing personnel records.
Ensure high standards of phone etiquette when dealing with customers and suppliers.
Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise.
Requirements
Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong clerical skills, including typing, filing, and data entry accuracy.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
Familiarity with human resources practices is advantageous.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
