We're hiring an Office Manager to join FNZ's Support Services team. This role sits at the heart of the business and focuses on ensuring our offices operate smoothly, consistently and to a high standard, supporting both employees and visitors day to day.
This is a fully office-based role, in Edinburgh city centre, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in service delivery, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
What you'll be doing:
You'll play a key role in maintaining high-quality office environments across your assigned FNZ locations, acting as the first point of contact for facilities, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Day to day, you'll:Coordinate and manage assigned office locations in line with FNZ values and global standards
Act as the first point of contact for office calls, meetings and visitors
Manage office suppliers and procurement to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service
Oversee office security alongside IT, building management and reception teams
Manage Health & Safety requirements, including checklists, policies and training
Liaise with contractors on facilities and building issues, tracking actions through to completion
Coordinate office moves, refurbishments and layout changes as required
Manage meeting rooms, AV equipment, catering and hospitality arrangements
Support new starter onboarding and maintain up-to-date office manuals
Manage office consumables, stationery and kitchen supplies
Track month-on-month office spend and manage local office budgets
Maintain office documentation on SharePoint
Support sustainability initiatives across FNZ offices
Provide holiday cover within the Support Services team
Support ad-hoc projects to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

You'll need:Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Confidence managing suppliers, contractors and stakeholders
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy office environment
A flexible and adaptable approach to work
A professional attitude with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
