We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask effectively. In this position you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth office functioning.
Previous Bodyshop or Motor Trade Administration experience within the automotive industry would be helpful but administrative experience in another environment will be considered as full training will be given.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting the Workshop Manager and Directors.
-Organising customers' work and dealing with companies within the industry
- Maintain job records on a regular basis
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Prepare and distribute documents
- Provide support for meetings and events
- Manage the office on a day to day basis
- Assist with the day to day running of the business
- Communicate effectively, in person, by telephone or email
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required preferably within the motor trade but not essential
- Experience in Autoflow and Audatex will be beneficial but not essential.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- You will be computer literate, especially Microsoft Office
