Scott Hobbs Planning is hiring a part-time Office Manager / Financial Assistant to oversee administrative and financial operations. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple functions.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office tasks: reception, supplies, IT coordination
Process payroll, pension contributions, and staff expenses
Prepare invoices and manage financial records using Xero
Support quarterly VAT returns and annual reporting
Coordinate meetings and maintain internal systems
Qualifications
Experience in office administration and financial support
Proficiency in accounting software (Xero preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
