Scottsdale Golf is looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the effective running of office operations, Health & Safety compliance, and HR administration. This is a key role in ensuring that staff are supported, processes are compliant, and day-to-day operations run smoothly across the business.
The Office Manager will work closely with senior management, providing essential support to all teams while maintaining compliance and promoting a safe and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities - Including but not limited to:
Office Management
Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of office operations.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and service contracts (including tea, coffee, stationery, pest control, waste management, etc.).
Organise new starter office setups (PCs, phones, desks, software access).
Administer key systems such as WMS permissions and Access fobs (including allocation, deactivation, and record keeping).
Coordinate with housekeeping staff and external contractors.
Arrange and oversee internal social events.
Act as first point of contact for office-related queries and troubleshooting.
Health & Safety
Take ownership of Health & Safety compliance across all departments.
Carry out weekly fire alarm and fire door testing and maintain accurate records.
Conduct audits, risk assessments, and manage ongoing risk compliance.
Ensure all departments are adhering to Health & Safety standards and policies.
Liaise with external providers for compliance-related requirements.
Report and investigate accidents, near misses, and incidents in line with company policy.
Human Resources (HR Administration)
Support managers with HR compliance, ensuring issues are managed correctly and do not escalate unnecessarily.
Administer staff onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring documentation is complete and uploaded to Our HR Portal.
Maintain accurate personnel records in line with GDPR and compliance obligations.
Assist with rota and holiday request administration for office staff.
Provide Bradford Factor and absence reporting to senior management.
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.

Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience in an Office Manager, HR Administrator, or similar role.
Experience with Health & Safety and HR responsibilities is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
Familiarity with HR and H&S systems (Atlas, RotaCloud, Linnworks, etc.) is advantageous.
Relevant qualifications (IOSH, CIPD, or similar) are desirable but not essential.

Warrington Branch - Head Office
Hours:
Full-time Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm in accordance with the weekly rota.
Salary:
Starting from 30,000 per annum (pro rata), dependent on experience.
Scottsdale Golf is not accessible via public transport, therefore applicants must be able to drive and have their own means of transport.
