Duties
Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
Implement and maintain efficient office procedures, enhancing overall productivity.
Handle phone etiquette professionally, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
Assist with human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Utilise for financial record keeping and reporting as required.
Prepare reports and presentations for management meetings, ensuring clarity and precision in communication.
Organise team meetings and events, coordinating logistics to ensure successful execution.
Experience
Proven experience in an office management or similar administrative role is essential.
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in clerical duties, including data entry and document management.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
