We're now looking for an Office Manager to take ownership of our London workspace. This is a central role, ensuring the office runs smoothly, colleagues are supported, and visitors experience a professional, welcoming environment. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate front-of-house, and provide light administrative support across the business.

Responsibilities:




Be the first point of contact for visitors, delivering a warm, professional welcome. Coordinate with building reception, handle phone calls, enquiries, and hospitality arrangements for visitors, clients, and meetings Oversee the daily running of the office - ensuring reception, meeting rooms, and communal areas are tidy, equipped, and fit for purpose. Manage office supplies, kitchen stock, and equipment; liaise with suppliers and vendors to keep everything running smoothly. Responsible for general office facilities management - liaising and managing contractors, ensuring service standards and compliance are met. Manage post, deliveries, couriers, and resolve building or equipment issues. Oversee health, safety, and security compliance, including first aid supplies and evacuation procedures Provide administrative support to project teams and departments as needed. Assist with planning and running events, meetings, and team gatherings that build culture and connection. Identify and improve office processes to enhance efficiency and the workplace experience.



About you:





We're looking for someone with a mix of professionalism, energy, and problem-solving ability. You'll bring:


Proven experience in office management, workplace operations, or a similar support role. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. A calm, proactive, and adaptable approach -- comfortable during both quiet and busy periods. Excellent communication skills, confident working with colleagues, visitors, and stakeholders at all levels. Experience managing suppliers and contracts, with good commercial awareness. Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office essential) and quick to pick up new tools. A collaborative, approachable style -- colleagues see you as reliable and supportive. A curious, self-starting mindset, always looking for better ways of working.
