Brooklands is based in Nottingham and has been trading for 8 years, the company is rapidly expanding. Brooklands specialises in industrial cleaning and facilities support services, for national construction companies, councils, universities, schools, businesses, and facilities management companies throughout the midlands and across the UK. We are looking for an Office Manager to join the team, Brooklands head office is based in Nottingham NG7 area with parking to the front of the building. This role is office based 20-25 hours over 5 days per week. The role requires sharp focus on details and commitment to working to drive the business through high standards and hard work. The office manager will have a thorough understanding of the importance of strong communication, written and verbal, and attention to detail in all aspects of the business. *Overview of responsibilities.

  • Managing the accurate calculating of hours worked for payroll requirements.
  • Providing HR support, undertaking the logging and completing all associated documentation.
  • Managing ISO9001 compliance, completing internal audits and improving systems.
  • Managing recruitment, completing the recruitment process, from start to finish for staff.
  • Efficiently managing company files, data, policies, and processes, identifying any associated time constraints, and actioning any requirements.
  • Overseeing the orders process, stock control for the business -office and warehouse, to collate and process monthly orders.
*Review and management tasks; Key processes and functionality of systems Managing policies/protocols and all associated documentation the renewal of subscriptions and accreditations Maintaining records for suppliers including insurances and agreements Essential skills;
  • Confident in Office 365 systems (word, excel etc)
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal.
  • Corporate background is preferred - knowledge of systems, processes, policies.
  • Confidence to identify potential system improvements.
  • Exceptional organisation
