Job Description

A PR and Communications firm in London with a truly standout office culture require an Office Manager to join their close knit and friendly team. The ideal candidate will be a jack of all trades, managing a small office of 15 and enjoying an interesting and varied role.
Responsibilities

  • Office Management - supplier management, visitors, post, deliveries, facilities, IT, supplies and H&S
  • Assist the MD with a small about of EA support when required - diary management and general support
  • Accounts - invoices, expenses, payroll and financial queries
  • Events - organising seminars, general office events, lunches and parties
  • HR - annual leave, sickness, implementation of policies, recruitment and inductions
  • General administration - taking minutes and drafting agendas for team meetings, preparing presentations, team diaries and general travel and accommodation.
Qualifications
  • Enthusiastic and willing
  • Ability to be flexible and juggle competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanour
  • At least 2 years' in a similar role
