We are seeking a highly organised, proactive
Office Manager
to take ownership of daily operations and provide crucial administrative, logistical, and regulatory support. This is a varied role suited to someone who wants to grow within the medical devices industry and enjoys operational responsibility.
Oversee daily office operations, including customer areas, training spaces, and logistics zones.
Manage all incoming and outgoing goods from Germany, including shipping documentation and customs paperwork.
Act as
stock controller for UK & Ireland
, managing inventory, consignment stock, and national expiring stock.
Coordinate urgent product delivery when required, including
occasional last-minute travel to hospitals to deliver critical medical device products
.
Financial & Administrative Duties
Process monthly payroll for UK-based employees.
Provide general administrative and documentation support.
Regulatory & Tender Support
Assist with national healthcare tenders.
Support Regulatory Affairs and maintain the QMS in collaboration with the National Sales Manager.
Event & Travel Coordination
Organise corporate events, conferences, workshops, and training sessions.
Book travel and accommodation for customers and employees.
Support planning and logistics for internal and external events.
Training & Development
Receive mentoring and training in neurovascular medical devices.
Participate in product, regulatory, and operational training.
Visit our German headquarters for onboarding or continued development.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Is highly organised, reliable, and comfortable managing diverse responsibilities.
Communicates professionally with customers, teams, and external partners.
Has experience in office management, logistics, or stock control (experience in regulated sectors beneficial).
Operates well in a fast-paced, growing business environment.
Holds a full driving licence (essential)
and is able to
travel occasionally at short notice to hospitals to deliver urgently required products
