Office Operations & Administration Coordinator
to join our team and keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, organised, accurate, and happy juggling a variety of tasks. A sense of humour definitely helps -- we have a relaxed, light-hearted office culture -- but professionalism and respect are always at the core of how we work.
What You'll Be Doing
Handling customer emails and incoming phone calls
Processing email orders using our bespoke company software (full training provided)
Organising paperwork and maintaining well-structured filing
General administration tasks to support the wider team
Helping keep various areas of the business tidy, organised, and running efficiently
Taking initiative and looking for the next task -- not waiting to be told
Key Skills & Attributes We're Looking For
This role has a few

Exceptional attention to detail
Accuracy is absolutely essential -- especially when processing orders or handling customer information.
Strong spatial reasoning / mental imagery
You should be able to easily interpret dimensions, visualise measurements, and understand paperwork/drawings without difficulty.
Proactive and self-driven
You complete tasks efficiently, then seek out what's next -- you don't wait to be reminded or sit idle.
Willingness to learn
You ask questions, want to understand the "why," and are eager to improve.
Tech comfortable
Confident using computers, email, and learning new systems.
Team-friendly personality
We're a fun team with plenty of light joking and chat throughout the day, but always within respectful boundaries -- you should be comfortable in an informal, friendly environment.
