We are looking for an exceptional Office Operations Manager with a passion for sustainability issues to take ownership of a wide range of administrative and operational activities. A front-row role that will help to shape our culture by playing a key part in creating and maintaining an engaging and professional work environment across Eleven, whilst also providing personal and professional support to management and wider team.
It requires a driven high-EQ and digitally savvy candidate with a hands-on, results-oriented mindset.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the \'go to\', always willing to roll up their sleeves and help out. The successful candidate will have some client facing/admin experience and a passion for sustainability issues.
This is a permanent, full time role based in our Manchester office.

What you\'ll bring to Eleven

• Experience supporting a senior leader or senior team
• A self-starter, who\'s not afraid to get stuck in with unfamiliar tasks and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and take ownership over multiple projects and experience navigating an ever-changing environment
• Demonstrable passion for and knowledge of sustainability issues (e.g. ESG-related campaigns worked on and/or volunteering outside of work)
• IT savvy \xe2\x80\x93 experience working with Recruitment CRM and accounting software

• Emotionally intelligent people person who can build relationships
• Confident and happy working solo or as part of a wider team
• Always looking to add value and make a difference
• Able to think on your feet and work in an agile manager adapting to changing requests
• Commercially astute
• Energetic, proactive and willing to learn
