Please note: This is an

on-site role

based in Oxford (OX4 2NE). You must be able to commute to the office 4-5 days per week. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position.



The Role



This is a great opportunity for someone who's highly organised, great with people, and ready to take ownership of a key role in the team. You'll lead on office admin and operations, with the opportunity to

build your knowledge in HR tasks

like onboarding, holidays, payroll coordination, and employee support.

What You'll Do



Manage general

office administration

and daily operations Coordinate

payroll, NEST pension, and PAYE/VAT submissions

(training provided) Support staff onboarding, time-off tracking, and maintaining employee records Be a friendly point of contact for employee queries and support Help organise team activities, internal communications, and events An interest in social media is a plus, with a potential opportunity to contribute to our online presence

and willingness to learn about HR A growth mindset - you're eager to learn and comfortable picking up new skills on the job Comfortable handling spreadsheets, calendars, and general admin systems Reliable, proactive, and able to manage your own workload Previous admin experience is a plus, but not required - we care more about your organisation, reliability, and eagerness to learn (HR or payroll experience is still a bonus, but also not essential.)*
