Full time, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

As the first point of contact for our company, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This varied and rewarding position offers the chance to build your commercial awareness while providing essential administrative support to a busy, growing team.

Person Specification:



We're looking for someone who is:

Organised, flexible, and happy to support others. Open to learning and personal development. IT literate, with confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. Adaptable and receptive to instruction. Friendly and welcoming in manner. Skilled in written communication and accurate with numbers. Inquisitive and eager to build new skills and knowledge. Willing to get involved across the business to gain insight and understanding. Customer focused. Self-motivated with strong time-management skills. Able to take ownership of tasks and projects.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:



Task Expected standards



1. Answer and triage incoming phone calls



All calls should be answered promptly and professionally. Messages must be taken accurately and forwarded or the caller directed appropriately to ensure a high standard of service.

2. Scanning, copying, filing, and processing documentation



Attention to detail and accuracy are essential. Tasks may include handling supplier invoices, client documentation, drawings, certificates, and more.

3. Goods-in processing and stores support



Accurately process goods received through our ordering system. Help maintain a tidy, organised, office stores area.

4. Assist with preparation of draft documents



Prepare draft documents (e.g. invoices) as directed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

5. Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects



Support the team with various tasks and projects as needed, completing them in a timely and accurate manner.
