With a massive growth in the Solar market recently, we want to expand our team, and are looking for a keen personality to head up our sales office, as Sales Office Manager.

What does the role involve?

Not only will you oversee the sales office and support the team in process enquiries and admin, this is a chance to work closely with the wider team including Business Development Managers and Commercial Manager to keep everything running smoothly. The role is perfect for anyone who loves numbers, as you will monitor and report on team activities, ensuring KPI\'s are met/ delivered on and make any recommendations for improvement. As well as reporting, the customer relationship management (CRM) system is yours to manage and maintain its accuracy, plus you will have the chance to build your network within both SIG Roofing and coordinate with other departments and conduct regular team meetings, as well as the wider SIG business.

The successful candidate will require:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service-oriented environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software applications.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and analyse sales data.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of solar PV products and the renewable energy industry is desirable but not essential.
