Office Based - Minimum 20 Hours per week. The succesful candidiate will ideally live within 10 to 15 miles of our location.

Salary



Pro Rata 28,000 - 35,000 (dependent on experience)

Role Overview



We are looking for a highly organised

Office & Sales Operations Coordinator

to support the smooth day-to-day running of our sales and office operations.

This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on

sales order processing and invoice generation

, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent internal and customer-facing service. In addition, the role will support a range of operational and administrative projects as the business continues to grow.

This position does not include line management responsibilities but offers the opportunity to take real ownership of processes and work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Order Processing & Invoicing (Core Focus)



Process sales orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through to fulfilment Generate and issue customer invoices in line with agreed pricing and terms Maintain accurate sales, order, and invoicing records Liaise with sales, finance, and logistics teams to resolve order or invoice queries Support month-end processes relating to sales and invoicing Ensure compliance with internal procedures and financial controls

Office & Business Operations



Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the business Act as a key point of contact for internal queries relating to orders, invoices, and processes Support the maintenance and improvement of internal systems, templates, and workflows Coordinate with suppliers and external partners as required Assist with general office coordination and operational tasks

Projects & Continuous Improvement



Support and deliver ad-hoc projects across sales, operations, and finance Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in order processing and invoicing workflows Assist with system implementations, process documentation, or data clean-up projects Adapt to changing priorities in a growing business environment

Skills & Experience



Essential



Proven experience in

sales order processing, invoicing, or sales operations

Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy Comfortable working with numbers and financial data Confident using Excel and business systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, accounting software) Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Clear communicator, able to work effectively with internal teams and customers

Desirable



Experience in a small or medium-sized business environment Exposure to finance, operations, or commercial teams Experience improving or streamlining administrative processes
