Now, we're looking for a motivated and organised

Office & Shipping Administrator

to become part of our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing

Coordinating shipments from start to finish -- liaising with vendors, couriers, and clients. Preparing documentation and quotations using our bespoke shipping software. Tracking deliveries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth service every time. Providing first-class customer service via phone and email. Supporting our team with general administration and day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For

A quick learner who thrives in a fast-moving environment. Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. A team player with a flexible and proactive approach.
Bonus points if you have shipping or logistics experience, but it's not essential -- the right attitude and willingness to learn is what counts most.

Hours:

Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Salary:

22,500 - 27,000 (depending on experience)
