JBS 2 Man Delivery Service is looking for an experienced office staff member to support our operations team. The role involves handling customer enquiries, managing paperwork, and assisting with general office administration.
Responsibilities
Answering calls and emails from customers
Updating records and processing delivery information
Handling invoices, filing, and data entry
Supporting drivers and logistics team with daily schedules
General administrative duties as required
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience
in office administration or customer service
Confident communication skills (phone and email)
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets)
Good organisation and attention to detail
Reliable and able to work independently
