Job Description
The role involves support day-to-day activities involving goods-in and goods-out processes, coordinating with third-party suppliers, and providing key administrative support to the supply chain team. This is a developmental role offering exposure to planning, procurement, logistics, and operations administration.
Key Responsibilities
Organise goods-in deliveries, prepare delivery information, and process incoming paperwork. Raise and progress purchase orders, providing updates as required Liaise with third-party logistics providers for transport scheduling. Match and approve purchase invoices Provide general administrative support to the supply chain team
Skills & Experience Required
Entry-level role - no prior supply chain experience required Ability to work independently and use initiative. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Possess good numeracy skills
What's on Offer
Salary: 26,000 - 27,000 (depending on experience). Hours: 08:30-17:00 Monday - Friday. Permanent role with long-term prospects. Supportive team environment.
