About us:



H & F Curtains and Blinds is a leading provider of high-quality window dressings and we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Office Team Lead with Management Skills to join our team.

The Role:



We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Office Team Lead to be part of the team and lead our day to day operations of our office. This is a full-time position, working 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:



Organise and assign Office Tasks to all including themselves. Manage and improve office processes and systems. Lead and motivate staff across various areas. Utilize strong computer skills to enhance efficiency. Take charge of daily operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow.

What we are looking for:



1-5 years of experience in a leading role. Proven ability to adapt and take initiative. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with computer systems and software. Experience in a similar industry is a plus, but not essential.
