We are now looking to bolster our team with an Office Team Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a small team of Administrators and your day-to-day duties would include;
Main Responsibilities
Leading, supporting, and developing a small team of Administrators
Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring efficient workflow
Handling customer enquiries, including aftersales and resolving any issues
Liaising with key customer accounts on all levels
Liaise with various departments including purchasing, planning and production to ensure the smooth flow of orders
Utilise Sage 50 and Excel to manage schedule plans and provide customers with lead times and expected delivery dates
Overseeing and utilising internal CRM system
Creating and monitoring reports and presenting the results to the management team
Receipt and processing of customer orders into Sage 50
Processing quotes
Handling incoming calls and emails
The Candidate
Previous experience of leading a team in a similar role would be beneficial
Experience of working in a sales and operations office, within a manufacturing or logistics environment would be beneficial
You possess a happy, friendly, positive outlook, with a can-do attitude
You have keen commercial awareness, allowing you to spot opportunities for sales growth, finding efficiencies in office processes and improving the customer service experience
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with customers of all levels
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Flexible and adaptable approach to rapidly changing requirements
Experience of working with Sage 50 or similar
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth for the right candidate
Standard working hours from Monday to Friday - 8am-5pm
