S&OP Coordinator for a leading Christmas tree supplier

Green Team Europe is one of the leading suppliers of natural Christmas trees, and controls all parts of the value chain. From the selection of the seeds, to the production, sales and deliveries of the finished Christmas trees. Green Team Europe delivers Christmas trees to larger retailers and DIY's inside /outside EU and is headquartered in Sdr. Omme, Denmark. The company has plantations in Denmark, Scotland and Poland.

Office & Yard Assistant - Seasonal Position

Location: Kemnay, UK

Contract: 20th October - 7th December 2025

Green Team Europe A/S is looking for a reliable and hands-on person to support our operations in

Kemnay

during the busy season. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of office tasks and light outdoor work - no two days are the same!

Please note:

While the position is based in

Kemnay

, during the peak season part of the work will also take place at a nearby

loading field

just outside of town. You should be comfortable working both in the office and outdoors.

What you will do:

Office & Logistics Support (approx. 50%):

Print and prepare shipping documents (CMR, load notes, phyto documents, invoices, etc.) Support basic logistic tasks using computer systems (e.g., preparing labels, entering data) Use MS Office tools (Excel, Word) for light and simple administrative work

Outdoor Yard Tasks (approx. 50%):

Support

quality checking

of goods during preparation and loading Work outside as needed - including in rainy or cold conditions

Who we are looking for:

Confident in using a computer and MS Office Organised, proactive, and ready to help where needed Not afraid of light physical work or working outdoors in variable weather A positive team player with a practical mindset
