An exciting opportunity to join a expanding breakdown recovery business as an Office/Accounts Administrative assistant.
We are looking for a candidate with an eagerness to keep things organised and ideally previous experience in an Office/Accounts Administrative assistant. A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach is essential.
This is a position that offers variety and will include many different tasks.
Example of responsibilities:
- Utilise computerised systems for data entry and record keeping
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning
- Maintain organisational systems to streamline office procedures
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling calls
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents accurately
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Calling suppliers
- Phone screening
- Booking Interviews/appointments
- Checking, photocopying and uploading documents
- Dealing with visitors
- Data inputting
- Checking driver documents and updating
Skills:
- Proficiency in office procedures and protocols
- Must have a good understanding in business maths and accounting
- Ability to computerise tasks for efficiency
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of clerical duties and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with MS Office for business applications
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Polished phone etiquette and communication skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills to produce documents efficiently
