Overall Purpose and Responsibility:
The Office & Accounts Administrator will provide support to all Directors and act as a point of contact for customers, clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage reception, welcoming visitors to the building, answering telephone calls, handling all correspondence.
Schedule meetings, appointments and manage calendars.
Provide general administrative support to staff and management.
General office duties including copying, scanning & filing of documents.
Accounts Payable, processing of all supplier invoices, expenses and monthly bacs payments.
Accounts Receivable, processing sales invoices and customer payments.
Time and attendance, maintaining the system and booking holidays and sickness.
Issuing absence reports and ensuring paperwork is completed and returned.
On-boarding for new starters.

Desirable Skills:
