At Stroud Valleys Project we have been helping the people and nature of the Stroud District to thrive since 1988. Our volunteers are vital to our success, helping with our outdoor projects, in our eco-shop, at events, and in our offices in Stroud Town Centre.
We have some exciting office-based volunteering opportunities and are looking for enthusiastic, committed people who are keen to learn new skills, make new friends and help Stroud Valleys Project to keep wildlife and communities in our area thriving for years to come.
You don't necessarily need to have a host of experience in these areas to help, although those with previous working experience in administrative roles, for charities, in IT, marketing, communications, or volunteer management are very welcome.
We will provide you with all the support you need to get started, will help you learn about the role and what is needed and give you a dedicated staff contact to work with. Days and hours are flexible to suit you.
If you are interested in joining the Stroud Valleys Project team and have further questions, please contact us at info@stroudvalleysproject.org, call on 01453 753358, or pop into our eco shop in Stroud town centre for a chat. To register your interest, please complete the volunteer interest form found on our website, stating which role you are interested, any relevant experience, and why you would like to work with us: https://www.stroudvalleysproject.org/volunteer-express-interest
