Oxford Fire and Flood are recruiting an office/claims administrator to join their team based from their office in Adderbury.
Oxford Fire and Flood are part of a nationwide network of franchises providing a complete fire and flood restoration service. We work closely with insurance companies, loss adjustors and the insured parties to organise a suitable recovery plan to restore properties to the highest standards.
The Office/Claims Administrator will work alongside the directors, office manager and a team of Technicians, assisting with various administration tasks.
The duties of the Office/Claims Administrator will include but are not limited to:
Answering phone calls and dealing with enquiries
Supporting office manager and technicians during the claims process.
Assisting with claim report writing
Arranging appointments and assisting with managing the technician diary system
Preparation and generation of estimates following assessment by technicians
Creating invoices using our claims management system
Liaising with customers and insurance providers during claims
Establish good relationships with customer, ensuring exceptional standards of customer service are consistently delivered with a caring 'can-do' attitude.
Compiling new instructions.
Managing ongoing claims
Raising orders with suppliers
Organising external contractors as required
Arranging vehicle maintenance as required
Data input, updating claims and recording information in the claims management system.
Managing and accepting deliveries/customers goods to storage unit
Skills and qualifications: -
Previous administration experience essential, claims handling experience desirable but not essential
Previous experience of using CRM's, database's or claims management systems.
Excellent computer skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office products including Excel
Must have good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and written English skills
Must be able to manage their own time effectively.
Excellent organisational skills
Punctual and Reliable
Quarterly Bonus' available based on completion of KPI's and performance of the business.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 26,500.00-28,000.00 per year
