We are seeking a dedicated

Office/Grounds Cleaner

to join our team. This is an Individual role operating from Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week with flexible start and finish times. 12.21 P/H (rising to 12.71 in April 2026). You will play a crucial role in maintaining the hygiene level of our facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sweep/ hoover indoor office and outdoor site areas. Mopping / buffing floors Empty waste & recycling bin for office General cleaning of restrooms, pantry, small canteens and other areas. Window cleaning Male/ Female toilet cleaning

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Physically fit individual with positive attitude who has previous experience in similar role. English speaker. Mandarin Chinese language skills is a BOUNS.

Pay: 12.21-12.71 per hour
