We are looking for a motivated and ambitious office administrator to join and support our busy sales office team.
Your new company
Expanding successful SME looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. Full training on our complete range of equipment will be provided.
Your new role
This is a fast-paced role that offers great exposure for someone who is willing to get involved in all aspects of the business. The role will report to the Office Manager and our senior management team.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be professional and conscientious with a good team ethic, be self-motivated and able to work using your own initiative. You will have a "chip-in" mentality as other office duties will need to be completed on an ad-hoc basis. A methodical and organised approach to work will be necessary as well as attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Assisting the smooth running of the sales office.
Processing customer orders and enquiries via telephone, email and webchat
Dispatching customer orders through our network of couriers
Arranging shipment/documentation for any foreign exports
Accounts support function - taking customer payments, preparing invoices etc.
Supporting the sales team with any ad-hoc tasks
Updating customer information in our CRM software
Ordering stationary and warehouse supplies
Ad-hoc office tasks

Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 08.30 until 17.00 with 30 minutes for lunch
