We're gearing up for the biggest Init Together Festival yet - taking place May 22nd to 24th, 2026 at the stunning Margam, Port Talbot, Wales. After a hugely successful 2025 debut and our track record of producing festivals like Together Again Festival, Colour Clash, Park Series, and Escape to Ibiza, we're ready to make 2026 unforgettable.

We're seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our team as official Brand Ambassadors. This freelance role offers the chance to earn money, gain festival industry experience, and even progress to promoting other major events in our portfolio.

Responsibilities

Promote Init Together Festival online and in your community using your unique discount code. Create engaging, on-brand social media content using our official media kit. Actively engage with potential customers, answer questions, and build excitement. Represent the festival positively at all times, both online and in person. Share feedback and insights from your audience with our marketing team. Collaborate with other ambassadors to hit sales targets and boost visibility.
Qualifications

Passion for music, festivals, and creating great experiences. Strong communication skills -- online, in person, and across different audiences. Social media confidence -- happy to post stories, reels, or updates regularly. Self-motivated, reliable, and professional. Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required. Previous customer service or promotional experience is a bonus, but not essential.
