Location:

North Sea - Mobilisation from Aberdeen

Rotation:

2 weeks on / 3 weeks off - 12-hour shifts

Salary:

45,644.15 - COTA Grade A

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated

Offshore Steward (Grade A)

to join our team onboard the

BW Catcher FPSO

in the North Sea. You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and hospitality in the living quarters and catering areas offshore.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver housekeeping and cleaning services to agreed standards, ensuring a safe, hygienic environment. Maintain accommodation areas, kitchens, mess rooms, and equipment in line with company procedures. Carry out daily cleaning tasks -- including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and laundry duties. Support catering operations by assisting with meal preparation, serving, and maintaining galley supplies. Manage pot wash and assist with container unloading as required. Participate in deep cleaning programmes and routine inspections. Report maintenance issues, defects, and health & safety incidents promptly. Comply fully with the

Health & Safety at Work Act

and company safety systems. Embrace ongoing training, development, and safety initiatives.

What You'll Need

Valid offshore certification, including: +

BOSIET

(Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training)
+

MIST

(Minimum Industry Safety Training)
+

Offshore Energies UK (OEUK) Medical Certificate

+

First Aid Certificate

+ Willingness to complete

Norwegian Escape Chute Training

Experience in

catering, hospitality, or customer service

(offshore experience desirable but not essential). A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork. Health & Hygiene Certificate (desirable).
