We're seeking an experienced and motivated
Registered Manager
to lead the development and operation of a
new children's home supporting young people with learning disabilities
, within an
established company with over 10 years of experience in residential children's care
.

Registered Manager
, you'll oversee the day-to-day management of the Children's Home, ensuring the safety, welfare, and development of the children in your care.
What You'll Do:
Lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality, person-centred childcare.
Ensure the children's physical, emotional, psychological, and social development is supported through a varied programme of activities.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and the Children Act 1989 & 2004.
Mentor and supervise staff, promoting ongoing development and wellbeing.
Maintain a safe and secure environment, ensuring the highest standard of care.
What We're Looking For:
Experience
: Senior or strategic role in children's residential care, including proven leadership and line management.
Qualifications
: NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Residential Children's Services (or equivalent). or working towards this.
Skills
: Exceptional communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Passion
: A deep commitment to improving the outcomes and wellbeing of children and young people.
