We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our care facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in children residential care and ofsted. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a commitment to providing high-quality care, and the ability to develop and implement effective care plans
Duties
Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Supervise and lead a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Oversee medication administration processes to ensure safety and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Foster a positive environment for both residents and staff, promoting dignity, respect, and independence among all individuals in the facility.
Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and adjust care plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate records related to resident care, staff performance, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents with complex needs.
Requirements
Proven experience in child care management or a similar role within an assisted living setting
Relevant qualifications in healthcare management are highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to develop effective care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising staff in a healthcare environment.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and compliance monitoring.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
