The Retail Division at MICHAEL KORS is a continuously growing network of more than 30 Outlets, 80 Lifestyle stores, 100 Concessions/Shop in Shops in 21 European Countries. Our EMEA Retail team is passionate, driven, multicultural and has a wonderful international spirit.
Who You Are:
Our Omni Channel Sales Associates are reliable, empowered individuals, capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment. You are an effective communicator that delivers an elevated customer experience. Keen to collaborate, you are a team player with a positive attitude towards challenges. You are also comfortable in digital contact with customer. This is an in-store based role, not remote.
Overview:
You'll Need to Have:Confidence in delivering exceptional virtual omni channel customer experience
Ability to resolve all client problems quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction
Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention of detail and accuracy
Understanding of managing omni channel virtual sales targets and expectations
Comfortable communicating with customers on the phone (from the store) and via WhatsApp
Creativity and skills to create digital content to engage our customers
Able to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced, retail sales environment
Able to work on different tasks easily - multi-tasking
English Language

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:Achieve virtual omni channel sales results through elevated customer engagement
Build and maintain repeat clientele by inspiring customers with developing continually your knowledge of current trends and styling techniques
Drive virtual sales results from the store by utilizing the clientele app and all available tools and technology
Perform operational tasks with excellence
Create an entire meaningful virtual customer experience including post-customer purchase processes: preparing products for delivery to the customer, packing, etc
Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment
Collaborate with the management team to create innovative ways to maximize personal sales results
