Carnival UK is in search of an On Board Revenue Concessions Manager, who is crucial in supporting our organisational direction.


Role Overview





Responsible for generating revenue for concessionary business partners (concessions) across P&O Cruises and Cunard. Working collaboratively to increase revenue and deliver outstanding guest experience. Engaging with key stakeholders across both brands to ensure the concession's proposition is aligned to brand identity and target market. To execute the business plan, as defined by the Senior Manager, to ensure growth. Oversee the execution of commercial initiatives and review commercial results. Seek direction from the Senior Manager and Director of Concessions in all aspects related to On Board Revenue (OBR) concessions.



Key accountabilities include:


Support the delivery of the wider strategic goals as defined by the Senior Manager. Create and execute an annual activity and marketing planner to support seasonal propositions and concession's initiatives, maximizing sales throughout the year. Build relationships with senior management across concession partners; ensuring P&O Cruises and Cunard are represented at the highest level to maximise sales. Develop and implement Service Level Agreements with partners for on board execution and delivery, working collaboratively with Guest Experience and Brand teams.




Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK07, offered as a full-time 12-month fixed term basis, we offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.


Requirements: Your Expertise and Leadership





To thrive as a On Board Revenue Concessions Manager, we're looking for:


Experience of working in a large commercial business to include strong acumen in managing budgets, forecasting and revenue performance Experience of leading on the delivery of strategic plans/projects and initiatives Experience of working collaboratively and communicating with multiple stakeholders across varying levels and channels Track record of working in a fast past environment with an ability to remain agile and deliver to tight deadlines Attention to detail and ability and strong communication skills Solution focused attitude to problem solving Excellent interpersonal skills
