Full Time, Fixed Term 12 months





On Site Bristol deliver construction apprenticeship programmes supporting over 360 apprentices in a range of 8 specialist apprenticeships. In 2024 On Site Bristol achieved the highest achievement rates of all public colleges and providers. Our work centres around identifying talented young people and others for whom a construction trade is a good career option fitting their potential and aspirations.



Due to an internal secondment we have an opportunity for someone with great people skills to join us for at least 12-months to promote our work in schools and community settings. You will enjoy engaging with people of all ages and taking part and organising events to promote high quality apprenticeships.



We have a widely experienced team who mutually support each other and the employers and apprentices we work with so there will be plenty of opportunity to flourish in this role.



If you have construction experience or have worked on outreach programmes or if you are simply looking to change careers this role could work for you - our team has been formed from a variety of backgrounds and benefits from new insights and ways of working.


Please note that this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.

For employees who are currently on a fixed term contract with Bristol City Council, the secondment must not extend beyond the end of the fixed term period to ensure there is a substantive post to return to.
