Mortimer, Berkshire (Fully onsite, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm)

Contract:

Full-time, Permanent

Salary:

24,000 - 26,000 (depending on experience)

We're seeking a proactive

Onboarding Administrator

to join our friendly team in Mortimer. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding processes and supporting wider administrative functions within a growing business.

What You'll Be Doing:



Carrying out onboarding tasks including reference checks and DBS processing for new starters Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic personnel files Updating internal systems with new starter information Supporting recruitment audits (Clearcare and Bright HR) Managing and maintaining the DBS database Providing front-of-house support: answering calls, greeting visitors and interviewees Assisting the Office Manager with ad hoc administrative duties

What We're Looking For:



Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Professional telephone manner and confident communication skills Adaptable to change direction, be creative and focused whilst retaining an organised and structured approach.
