Join our team as an Onboarding Administrator, where you'll play a vital role in welcoming new employees to the company and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
What You'll Do
Be the key contact for new hires from offer letter to their first day.
Engage with Recruitment team with regards to offers and open vacancies
Send out offer letters and guide candidates through the entire onboarding journey.
Complete all pre-employment checks, including DBS, Right to Work, references, and employment history checks.
Maintain accurate records in our HR system and secure online database, ensuring all employee files are up to date and compliant.
Provide managers with weekly updates on new recruits and ensure they have access to the right information.
Prepare and manage employee files, logins, and ID badges.
Keep the onboarding spreadsheet current and accurate at all times.
Adhere to Data Protection and maintain confidentiality.
Assisting Recruitment team with interview notetaking.
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when needed.
