Onboarding Advisor



Role Overview



The Onboarding Agency Advisor is responsible for the strategic setup and onboarding of new agency clients, ensuring they achieve rapid and sustained success with the SuperControl platform. This role blends operational excellence, client-centric engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver a seamless, high-touch onboarding experience. The Advisor will guide agencies through every phase of onboarding, from initial setup to full integration and adoption, acting as both a strategic architect and hands-on facilitator.

Key Responsibilities



Strategic Onboarding



Design and execute tailored onboarding plans for new agency clients, aligning with their business goals and operational needs. Serve as the primary point of contact for agencies, translating objectives into actionable implementation steps. Collaborate with Sales, Tech, and Support to ensure smooth handovers and unified client experience. Track onboarding milestones, identify blockers, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure agencies progress efficiently.

Client Enablement & Success



Deliver training, walkthroughs, and onboarding resources to agency teams, ensuring deep understanding of SuperControl's platform and best practices. Foster strong relationships with agency stakeholders, building trust and confidence throughout the onboarding journey. Capture and share client insights to continuously improve onboarding processes and service delivery. Champion agency feedback, driving enhancements to the onboarding model and platform features.

Operational Excellence



Maintain onboarding trackers, dashboards, and documentation to ensure visibility and accountability. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs): onboarding timelines, client satisfaction, adoption rates, and churn risk. Standardise onboarding phases while allowing for segment-specific approaches (e.g., Guided, Stuck, Overwhelmed agencies). Support continuous improvement initiatives, updating playbooks and templates as needed.

Performs Under Pressure: Maintains composure and effectiveness when managing multiple priorities, tight deadlines, or unexpected issues during the onboarding process. Trainer & Educator: Delivers demos, walkthroughs, and creates onboarding resources. Proactive & Adaptable: Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities. Collaborative Influencer: Works effectively across Sales, Onboarding, Technical Services, and Support teams. Right to live and work in the UK UK driving licence

Salary:

28,000, depending on experience

Location:

Castle Douglas, Scotland (hybrid working, min. three days per week in the office)

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00

Reporting to:

Onboarding Team Leader

Probationary Period:

4 months
