Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Marketer to join Dynamo Healthcare Training Ltd in GB. This role is vital in promoting our training programs and expanding our reach within the healthcare industry, helping us fulfill our mission of workforce empowerment.
Responsibilities
1. Learner and Employer Onboarding
Support the enrolment process for new learners and employers.
Collect and verify documentation (ID, prior qualifications, employer evidence, insurance, H&S, etc.).
Assist with the creation of learner records on systems such as Aptem, OneFile, Monday.com, and ILR Tracker.
Ensure all onboarding forms, agreements, and eligibility checks are completed before sign-up.
Support colleagues in following up on missing information via email or phone.
Help maintain accurate and audit-ready learner and employer files.
2. Compliance and Data Management
Learn the principles of DfE and Awarding Organisation compliance.
Maintain accurate digital records and ensure secure document storage.
Support internal audits by checking data accuracy and file completeness.
Assist in identifying and correcting data errors across systems.
Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding and compliance processes.
3. Marketing and Communications
Support Dynamo's marketing activities, including promotion of apprenticeship and short courses.
Create and schedule social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Assist with newsletters, campaign emails, and promotional materials.
Help organise and promote attendance at careers fairs, community events, and short course launches.
Gather learner success stories, staff features, and visual content for marketing use.
Support short course bookings by managing enquiries, collating participant data, and sharing pre-course information.
4. Administrative Support
Answer incoming calls and handle general enquiries.
Greet visitors and maintain a professional reception area.
Support with meeting scheduling, agendas, and minute-taking.
Perform scanning, filing, data entry, and reporting tasks.
Help maintain stock of marketing materials and course brochures.
5. Digital Systems and DAS Support
Learn how to create and maintain employer accounts and cohorts in the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS).
Support reconciliation of learner data between Aptem, OneFile, and CRM systems.
Observe how funding data links to compliance requirements.
Support system updates and record accuracy for learner progression and completion.
6. Learning and Professional Development
Engage fully with the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship, completing all assignments and off-the-job learning.
Participate in internal training and shadowing to gain knowledge of both onboarding and marketing operations.
Keep a reflective log of learning achievements.
Seek opportunities to suggest improvements and contribute ideas to projects.

Previous office, administrative, or customer-facing experience.
