Description
Initially you'll be taught the bespoke cloud software, the business and its goals. Begin interacting with customers to help them set up accounts, ensure they are fully onboarded within their user access and support them with functionality questions. As your knowledge increases, your interactions will cover more complex client issues, demos, delivery training and onboarding.
You'll be given every opportunity to learn in your vertical and outside of that as the business continues its international expansion
Duties & Responsibilities
Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively articulate benefits, features & company services to prospects
Maintain knowledge of the competitive products and market
Establish rapport and schedule appointments with potential customers, while making detailed notes in our CRM
Captivate potential customers with a presentation of our product that is both engaging and professional
Schedule and perform warm leads with web demonstrations
Take inbound and outbound phone calls from customers
Pursue all qualified prospects via calling
Possess a strong willingness to do whatever it takes to stand out among the best
Manage and complete all assigned tasks, in a timely & friendly manner
Interact with co-workers from both offices (UK & India) and work as a team.
Strong willingness to work long term.
Pref / desirable accounting background or study
Train to be involved with on-boarding customers as we invest into your knowledge building.
The ideal personality and qualifications:
Ideally have a solid accountancy background to ensure they are confident with dealing with terminologies.
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent time management.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Strong verbal and written communication ability.
1-2 years customer service & sales background will be added advantage
Excellent MS-Office skills
Demonstrate ability to meet expected daily outputs and deadlines
Ability to self-motivate, be organised and multitask.
