Caremark are delighted to be recruiting for the position of Onboarding Manager with the aim of providing specific, tailored support to our newer franchisees.


Caremark Ltd is a wholly UK-owned and operated home care franchise with an established and successful UK-based network.

Summary of the role




The focus of the Onboarding Manager is to deliver a tailored support programme for onboarding for new Franchisees entering the Caremark network. This will involve both face-to-face and remote support. This is a national role that will involve travelling to new franchisee locations across the UK.

About The Role



Responsibilities




You will work with new franchisees and their teams for a period of 12-18 months following their induction into the network.


Your main responsibilities will include:

Supporting franchisees to achieve their KPIs in line with their business plans. Guide franchisees through their regulatory body (CQC/CIW/CIS/RQIA) registration process. Support franchisees with recruitment and onboarding of their Care Manager, including attending the interview. Support the franchisee with understanding their local charge and pay structure. Support the Franchisee with local networking and community engagement. Work in partnership with colleagues in the Franchise Support Centre towards an effective handover to a Regional Support Manager (RSM) & a Quality Manager (QM) once criteria are met.

Experience




Ideally experience of working in a care at home (domiciliary) franchise and managing the onboarding of new franchisees, including assistance with securing office premises, the recruitment of a Care Manager and working with them and the Franchisee to achieve registration with the Care Quality Commission/appropriate regulatory body. General commercial experience also desired including financial management and knowledge of P&L and cashflow. Equally experience of working in the non-franchised domiciliary care sector at a regional management level, with a proven track record of onboarding new Care Managers would be considered.
